Domaine Beauvence was born out of a crush for an exceptional terroir in the heart of the Luberon Regional Park in Provence; Beauvence basks in record sunshine with more than 300 days of sun per year: here, the grapes and olives soak up the heat of the day and enjoy the coolness of the night, thanks to their altitude of 400 meters. This gives very balanced wines, despite global warming, and without any irrigation with its clay-limestoneon soil and the gently sloping hills , ideal for draining off water and retaining oligo-elements. Applying some of Biodynamic practices, we care of Biodiversity on living soils, thanks to our forest, our 1,400 olive trees, our beehives and our Lavender fields. The Domain has been certified HVE (High environmental Value), Vegan and is in Organic Conversion since 3 years. We apply the same philosophy in the cellar: manual harvest, indigenous yeasts, long aging, in stainless steel vats as well as new and old barrels. A very low sulfites level before bottling allows us to export our wines to export while aiming for a Nature spirit. Each of our vintages are limited, and our bottles are numbered.
